• Thank you for deciding to purchase one of our puppies. We want to make this a stress free enjoyable experience for you. Please feel free to email or call us with any questions or concerns that you may have along the way. We will keep you up to date with information about your puppy as it grows until it is time for your puppy to go to its new home.

• Please read the health guarantee completely before putting a deposit on a puppy. By putting a deposit on a puppy, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within this contract and the Health Guarantee Contract.  If a Health Guarantee Contract is not filled out and signed the puppy will not be allowed to be picked up.

• Part of the Purchase Price will be paid immediately with this Agreement as a Deposit in the amount of $500 to guarantee that Love Struck Bullies will hold the Puppy for delivery to the Buyer: ________________________________________, on the below specified Delivery Date. We can keep the puppy here for ten days free of charge after the puppy is ready to go to its new home on or about September 25th, 2014. The dog must be paid for in full by the end of 10 days or by time of delivery or the dog will become available for re-sale. There is a $25 boarding fee per night starting on the eleventh day (NO EXCEPTIONS). If the buyer refuses to take delivery thirty days after completed purchase, the puppy will be offered for sale and the buyer will not be offered a new puppy. You must schedule a pickup 3 days prior to pick up.

• Specified Delivery date of puppy to the buyer is on or about September 25, 2014 (8 weeks after birth) based on the estimated delivery date of July 25, 2014.  This date is based on our estimation of when the puppy will be naturally weaned and ready to leave its Mom.

• Number of puppies (male/female) is currently unknown at this time.

• Shogun (Sire) is a known Black Seal Triple carrier (carries gene for 3 rare colors; chocolate, blue, and black) and Charley (Dam) is a known Blue/Fawn/Chocolate carrier.

• Price point on this litter (Male / Female) has not been determined.  Price point will be determined when/if DNA testing is done to determine color and DNA marker(s).

• Deposit on litter for Charley & Shogun is $500.00.  The deposit is a promise or "good faith" commitment to complete the sale. Once deposit is received (non-refundable) along with a signed contract, you will be placed (in order of receipt) on the list requested (Male or Female).  Deposit is accepted in the form of cash, cashiers check, or personal check.  Personal Checks returned for NSF will be charged $35 for bank fee.  Placement on waiting list will occur once the personal check clears the bank.

• The deposit and all monies paid will only be refunded in the unfortunate event that the puppy chosen by the buyer has died prior to being delivered to the buyer.  Buyer has the option to apply monies/deposit paid towards another puppy of current litter or future litter.  An amended contract will be provided and must be signed by the buyer agreeing to this.

• Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Love Struck Bullies to lost opportunities to sell the puppy to some other potential Buyers. and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Love Struck Bullies for their possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of the puppy.

• Breeder reserves the right to choose from the litter (Male and/or Female) prior to making the litter list available to buyer(s).

• Puppies will be released to buyers upon reaching 8 weeks of age.  This will insure that the puppy(s) have been wormed and received their first set of shots.

• Final sale price will be determined by buyer based on either limited or full registration.  Limited registration will mean the puppy(s) are being purchased as a pet only.  Full registration allows the buyer the option to breed the puppy(s) if they so choose under the AKC guidelines.

• Dam (Charley) and Sire (Shogun) are registered with the American Kennel Club.  The litter will be registered with the American Kennel Club and the litter registration number will be provided to buyer(s).

• Veterinary Information:  Dr. Tim Eberhart  1010 West Dallas  Canton, Texas  75103;  903-567-6581.  Dr. Eberhart will provide necessary care and checkups for the Dam as well as conduct the C-section on or about the 25th of July.  Dr. Eberhart will provide checkups and necessary care for litter.

• NO PUPPY WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS.

• This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and no statement or verbal agreements made by either party that are not contained in this written contract or adendum to this contract shall be valid or binding. This contract may not be modified or altered except except by Love Struck Bulldogs and must be in writing and signed by both parties. Violations of this contract will constitute BREACH OF CONTRACT and the contract will be VOID and any previous written agreement.
